Are the bags in numbered order?
Yes! The pieces are returned to numbered bags so that you can follow the instructions every time you rent.
Is there a physical store?
Right now this is a home-based business. Orders can be picked up from the apartment building in East Vancouver.
What happens if I lose a piece?
We know that LEGO bricks are small and can be misplaced. We conduct an inventory once the set is returned and we'll contact you if we find any missing so you can have time to look for them. Otherwise, we can order replacement parts from the LEGO website at the renter's expense.
Does Brick Rental buy second-hand LEGO sets?
Sets are bought new for the rental service, but some second-hand sets in good condition could be considered. If you have a set you would like to sell, send a message and we can see if we can buy it.
